CHR Homes is focused on creating a welcoming and transparent relationship between builder and client. Where data, experience, and clients goals guide one another towards a successful build. 

Like many in the trades I started by looking and learning, then by helping and doing. Before becoming a builder/remodeler I worked for number of years as a machinist and later while pursuing my graduate degree as a librarian. Both these experiences enhanced my unique skillset as a builder. Machining requires a great amount of concentration on executing the tiniest of details. Just like the ones often never seen in a finished build but crucial to its overall longevity. My scholarly pursuits taught me how to exhaustively research, interpret, and present information. Something CHR Homes uses everyday by striving to enact best-practices wherever possible while weighing industry leading information and research with verifiable results. 

I’m always excited to explore, create, and build with clients and customers, some of whom have even become friends.
